APPLICATIONS & INDUSTRIES

AUTOMOTIVE

Industry requirements are met by incorporating a diversified mix of materials like Mylar™ film, transfer adhesives, and VHB bonding agents from vendors such as 3M and Dupont.  Poron foam products and PVC foams provide a range of noise and vibration mitigation.

MILITARY

Projects can involve custom manufacturing protocols including materials such as woven and non woven fabric, PVC or polyurethane foams, Mylar™, and acetate, as well as a variety of printing processes.  Functional top coatings may be used to provide anti-glare, anti-fog, flame retarding, etc.

INDUSTRIAL/OEM

Shock absorbing foams produced from PVC, rubber, or polyurethane can be precision die cut or laser cut, and combined with a variety of materials to suit the most demanding performance requirements.  Safety applications requiring anti-slip, dust control, or protection from flying debris, are produced from a wide range of materials from such vendors as Dupont, 3M, St.Gobain, SABIC, and Bayer.

PACKAGING

High volume production of cost effective foam closures and mounting tapes meet a wide range of requirements including FDA standards, and GMP.  Functional packaging components can be produced from high impact polystyrene, PVC, polyester, and other polymers.

ELECTRONICS

Precision cutting of insulating materials such as Kapton™, & Mylar™ meet electrical insulation standards. EMI/RFI parts often require laminated, multi-layer structures to achieve performance goals.  Vacuum metallized films, or foils can be laminated to other supporting webs.  Differential release liners allow production of pattern die cut adhesives for placement in critical thermal management, where the adhesive must be electrically conductive.

LIGHTING/OPTICS

Class 100 clean room levels provide the necessary environment for custom assembly of products such as light guides, as well as screen printed & laser cut light diffusers.  Mylar™ sheet cut with vents provides thermal shielding for sensitive components.  Vikuiti™ reflector and lenticular products from 3M and other manufacturers, provide critical lighting control.

AERONAUTICAL/AVIATION

Tapes from vendors such as Permacel and 3M can be precision slit for cargo & cargo handling applications.  The tapes can include Teflon™ coated & glass fabric face stock.  Air flow dynamics are improved through the use of rotary die cut and laminated turbulence management shapes, mounted to the fuselage with high performance adhesives.

BIOMEDICAL

Direct skin contact for short & long term applications are provided.  These are laminated to FDA approved, breathable materials for a wide range of end uses.  Spun bond olefins such as Tyvek™ can be part of a multi-layered structure, rotary die cut, and supplied on a roll or individual pieces.  Parts can be provided with functional top coatings for laser printing or manual markings for research control of test units with permanent or removable adhesives.

PERSONAL CARE

Multi-layered structures incorporates skin contact adhesives, synthetic absorbent, non-woven materials such as Reemay™, and various filter materials for applications requiring controlled evaporation of scent over a period of time. Fulfillment services involving labelling & packaging, as well as drop shipments complete the services provided.
