LASER CUTTING
Multiple laser systems support MCL's commitment to provide prototypes through volume production of precision cut parts.
- Systems software support through Autocad or Corell Draw.
- Tolerances meet or exceed industry standards.
- Multiple laser systems allow us to match process settings and conditions for a wide range of mono-layered products as well as multi-layered laminations.
- Parts can be supplied individually or in an array on carrier materials.
PRINTING
Hot Stamping
Also known as foil stamping, this process provides a durable image often used on products difficult to print by other processes. Typically, the image is a single color line art.
Flexographic Narrow Web Printing
1-3 colors, up to ten inches wide. Overlaminating films available, wall paper patterns.
Media Includes
- Paper or film face stock.
- Adhesives to meet specific application performance standards.
- Non-pressure sensitive materials, such as synthetics and paperboard.
SPECIALTY PROCESSES
Some applications require materials to be bonded together in select areas. MCL incorporates the processes best suited to the materials and for end use to achieve the desired results.

LAMINATING, SLITTING, & SHEETING
We offer Laminating, Slitting, and Sheeting processes to support our die cutting operation. They serve as intermediate steps in final production of specified die cut parts. MCL also has the ability to perform Laminating, Slitting, and Sheeting as individual processes per your specifications, or by combining the processes interchangably to produce final products.
ASSEMBLY
MCL Assembly services encompass multiple levels of inspection, finishing, tabbing, kit building and ultimately fullfillment. We use customer specifications for assembly, or develop our own process controls for assembly submitted to, and approved by the customer design staff. Fulfillment can use MCL generated packing lists C of C's, and other documentation or the customer can provide their own packaging and documentation.
